Digitalization is a hot topic under COVID19 as it influences the delivery of goods & services under stringent social distance measures. But Sri Lanka is ranked at 80th spot out of 85 countries with an index score of 0.33, below the global average of 0.56 in 2020. Out of five pillars, Sri Lanka has fallen within the worst 10 of three pillars.
