T-Bill rates fell across all the maturities after six weeks

T-Bill rates tend to be elevated with the tight liquidity and uncertainty over DDR prevailed during the last six weeks. Since bond auctions were not held in order to reinvest the principal bond maturities and coupons received last week, partial rollover of such maturities would have deployed for T-Bills, resulting in T-bill rates falling.

CBSL managed to raise the target amount of LKR 180Bn whereas the total maturities including CBSL holding stand at LKR 296Bn.
