The value of ISBs fell again due to the weight of the uncertainty of DDR

It is learned that ISB holders are demanding fair treatment for both the domestic and external creditors on the Sri Lanka Debt Restructuring. IMF proposal suggests requesting USD 14Bn debt relief from external creditors (Bilateral/ ISBs/Guaranteed SOEs Debt) for the period 2023-2027. CBSL has not yet disclosed the terms and conditions of the DDR.
