Treasury bill rate up for the second consecutive week as DDR time line close

The Treasury Bill rate rose across all the maturities for the second consecutive week. For the last two weeks, 91 days T-bill yield increased by 1.50%, 182Day’s T-Bill by 0.90%, and 364 days T-bill was up by 0.60% from the lowest level seen two weeks before.

But CBSL managed to sell LKR 90Bn which was the target amount of funds required by the government for this week.
