Authorities have published a new version of Bi-lateral debt where the previous (Sep investor presentation) total debt was USD 14.1Bn and the latest version is USD 11.2Bn. Probably close to USD 2.9Bn of Chines bi-lateral debt would have been reclassified under commercial debt.

The new figures make China weigh less than 50% of the Bilateral debt stock allowing more weight to the west to proceed with the restructuring process.
