CBSL is capping the T-Bills rates at the last three primary auctions

T-Bill rates at the primary auction held today remained the same as the previous two auctions despite CBSL falling short to raise the target funds for the government. The value of bids received jumped from the previous auction (LKR 109Bn) to LKR 140Bn at today’s auction.
