Sri Lankan Airlines placed second on "South Asia best Airline Staff"

Sri Lanka’s national carrier has been awarded second place as South Asia’s best Airline Staff based on the customer satisfaction survey conducted by Skytrax in 2021-2022. The Indian Airline, Vistara placed Frist which is owned by Tata SIA Airlines Limited.

The World Airline Awards began in 1999 when Skytrax launched its first global, annual airline customer satisfaction survey. Over 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2021-2022 survey. Travelers across the globe take part each year in the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to decide the winners.
