The T-Bill rates fell across all the maturities 91Days from 32.71% to 31.95%, 182days 30.82% to 30.62%, 364Days from 30.26% to 29.87% at the primary auction held today. But 85% of the borrowings came from 91Days and less than LKR 10 Bn was accepted for the other two maturities.

This leaves CBSL’s borrowing ladder much exposed to the short term.
