Bank's Deposits and lending rates are still rising

The bank's average new deposit rates jumped to 19.11% in July from 17.17% in June while the new fixed deposit rate also increased from 17.45% to 19.42%. On the other hand, the new lending rates moved up to 22.42% in July from 21.50% in June.

Both deposit and lending rates have jumped by 14% in July from last year July. But the T-bill rate has increased by a massive 24%.
