Sri Lanka stocks up for third consecutive day while boosting daily turnover above LKR 1Bn.

Sri Lanka ASPI is up by 4.39% in the last three days with expected political stability to ease off the current social unrest in the country. The daily value turnover was above LKR 1Bn for each of the last three days, whereas it was the rest of the days in July the daily average was less than the LKR 1Bn. Net foreign inflow to the stock market continues to gain momentum.

Foreign net outflow from the Colombo Stock exchange now has reduced to LKR 802Mn, whereas it was LKR 52.6Bn in 2021.
