Sri Lanka is experiencing its worse economic crisis along with political and social turmoil. Sri Lanka stock market lost its value from LKR 5.785Trillion in the 19th of Jan 2022 to LKR 3.1Trillion by yesterday. Daily average turnover was LKR 8.6Bn in Jan 2022 fell to LKR 1Bn (last five sessions). As a immediate solution, president now has appointed six time prime minister Mr. Ranil Wikramasinghe to the post. The stokes are rallying after the appointment.
