The interest rates across all the maturities fell at the primary auction. CBSL managed to sell a sizeable quantity of the 364days T-Bills at lower than the previous auction rate. On the other hand, monetary authorities have sold more T-Bills at today's auction compared with the amount that is maturing at the market allowing them to ease off the money printing. But they printed over LKR 80Bn the previous Friday.
