Sri Lanka Treasury Bill rates fell marginally today at Primary auction, where shape increase of the T-bills have created a renewed interest on investors who are been offered much lower returns at banks and finance companies FDs and other debt instruments. CBSL managed to sell 14% out of total sale of Bills from 364days or LKR 13.8Bn in value, which is improvement.
