Sri Lanka social mobility increase while Power Minister proposed to pre-plan the power cuts

Power Minister proposed to have a pre-plan for a power cut to maintain the public mobility to save fuel which is only enough to operate the thermal power plants for the next 10 days. CBSL has released foreign exchange to purchase the fuel from the ship that is reached to country but the next shipment expects to take some time. Fuel required to operate the thermal power plants has become a day-to-day business. All the parties concerned should have planned the required fuel in advance but failed due to the limited foreign exchange. Meantime Sri Lanka's social mobility has peaked after the new year.
