Sri Lanka Rupee to depreciate further from current level of 193.00
Opinion poll suggests Sri Lanka rupee to depreciate from current level of 193.25/194.00 by end of February. Only 13% of the participants believe USD/LKR will gain during February and settle below 190.00 while 23% believe it will be swing between 190.00 to 195.00. But 28% expect it will settle between 195.00 to 200.00, while majority (37%) forecast LKR will face significant devaluation and settle above Rs. 200.00
