Sri Lanka Rupee has depreciated by more than 6% since the end of 2020. Reserves have depleted by 20% since the end of 2020. Exports have been static and imports have started to pick up. 61% of the respondents believe USD/LKR will be above Rs.200 by end of April. Out of the respondents who are directly related to Banking, finance, and Capital Market Research, 55% of them believe USD/LKR will be above Rs.200 by end of April.
