Sri Lanka moves up One notch in Ease of Doing Business Index 2020
Sri Lanka rose one notch in the Ease of Doing Business index 2020 being ranked 100 among 190 economies. Sri Lank placed 4th place in the South Asia region below India, Butan, Nepal. But country placed 2nd spot in Protecting Minority Investors, 3rd in Dealing with Construction Permits, Getting Electricity and Registering Property. But wose in Getting Credit (7th place out of 8 countries)
