Sri Lanka is lagging in Integrated Index for Postal Development
The 2IPD index is a composite of four pillars Reliability, Reach, Relevance & Resilience. The reliability score is to measure the operational efficiency of postal services while capturing the level of internationalization of these operations over 170 countries. The postal service of Sri Lanka was far behind some of the peer countries. SL was better than the Philippine and par with the Indonesia in B2C E-commerce Index.
