Singapore top the ranking in Asia as well as global out of 83 countries on Asia business environment. East Asian countries Indonesia (54), Vietnam (55), China (56) and Philippines (57) in global ranking while South Asia ranked lower in the Asian Ranking. EIU has identified five major risks to global economy 1.US-Iran conflict leads to a spike in global 2. A trade war breaks out between the US and the EU oil prices 3. Coronavirus takes a lasting toll on the global economy 4. Debt burdens cause a recession across emerging markets 5. Hong Kong protests cause an exodus from Asia’s biggest financial centre.
