Proactive and stringent actions by governments has been on key factor to control the spreading the Convid-19. Countries that obtain low score in the Fragile States Index identified as having strong, effective governments and more peaseful states. Italy and Spain seems to be having higher FSI score compared with other states in the Europe same time their confirmes cases for one million population is also high. Switzerland looks like an ouliear due to low popualation.
