Delta Variant has spread across the country as per medical experts

Sri Lanka imposed a lockdown for the entire country from 20th August. The google mobility data reflect the sharp decline of social mobility in transits, visiting shops, recreation activities. But it has started to move back towards normality faster than previous lockdowns which question the effectiveness of the social mobility. Heath experts states, 95% of the current cases are due to the Delta variant.
