Multiple warnings immerge as a possible outbreak of COVID19 again
The positive COVID19 rate was well above 20% when COVID19 was at its peak in late August and early September. Continuous lockdowns, strict stringency, and vaccination drive brought it gradually to 6% by mid of October. It has been holding back since then. Health authorities in many different levels have issued warnings of another outbreak if the public acts irresponsible manner.
