Sri Lanka mobile density is declining but internet connections have started to recover in 2Q 2020. The telephone density including cellular phones was 164 per 100 people at the end of 3Q 2019. It has fallen to 136 by the end of 2Q 2020. The total internet connections stood at 13.4Mn at the end of 4Q 2019, which fell in 1Q 2020 to 13.0Mn but recovered in 2Q to 13.3Mn
