Sri Lanka CEB continue to benefit with favorable weather in electricity generation
The majority of the nation's electricity demand is supplied by CEB. With the prevailing favorable weather, the electricity generation from water reservoirs has peaked in the last few weeks. Usage of thermal power generated through oil has fallen to a minimal level while wind power generation has also picked up.
