Government is mulling to open the Primary Schools
The Education Ministry is planning to reopen schools that have lesser than 200 students from Grade V and below from October 15. The Ministry has already developed a methodology to reopen schools after the cleaning activities are completed. It will take at least two weeks to complete the cleaning of all schools as per the DailyMirror. 50% of the schools in Sri Lanka accounted for less than 200 students.
