Switzerland has overtaken Italy on the number of confirmed cases per 1 million population as of now. The spread of spreading seems to be accelerating much faster rate in Switzerland and Spain during the last few days. Austria has 620 per 1 Mn. Iceland (2, 160) Luxembourg (2,129) which has the highest cases per 1Mn population due to the small population.
