Belgium and Austria exceed 1000 confirmed cases per 1Mn population

Spain leading the effective confirmed cases based on 1million population, as it surpasses the level seen in Italy and Switzerland. But the Case fatality rate is still less in Spain (8.3%) than Italy (11.4%). Belgium and Austria entered the next worse hit-European countries as they have more than 1,000 cases per 1Mn population. But their CFR is less than hard-hit Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
