Similarity of Spreading COVID-19 observed in Sri Lanka and Vietnam is disappearing
It is widely accepted that Sri Lank is still not experiencing a community spreading of COVID-19. Hence the spreading pattern of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka was significantly different from Europe and even in many Asian countries as of now. After recording 25 cases speed of spreading COVID-19 in Singapore was less than Sri Lanka but after 100 cases Singapore has passed Sri Lanka in the speed. But after the 100 cases, Vietnam has slowed down by flattening the curve while Sri Lanka still in a linear upward trend. This may be a result of more testing done in Sri Lanka than in the early stage. But too premature to confirm anything.
