Sri Lanka has seen a surge of new COVID-19 infections after military officers from a Navy base in Welisara went on leave during the curfew period. Since they have visited across the country, the new threat has emerged to trace down they're first and second contacts to avoid a second wave of infection in the country. The country has able flattered the previously identified large clusters in Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, and Kandy, but finding isolated cases across the country after front line staff exposed to the virus.
