Asia accounts 19 percent of the total COVID-19 cases but only 9 percent of the global total deaths

Global total COVID-19 cases topped up to 7.4 million while North America accounts for 32% while Europe claims 29%, Asia 19%, South America 17% and Africa only 3%. Total deaths reported as of 10th June were 418,918 out of which 43% reported from Europe and 34% from North America, 13% from South Ameria. Asia is having a higher population and population densities globally but it only accounts for 9% of the total COVID-19 deaths.
