Sri Lanka Residential Land price growth slow down in 3Q 2019
As per the Hosue Price Index complained by Lanka Property Web indicates the growth of the overall residential land price in the country slowdown in 3Q 2019. The residential land prices within colombo city have been on a downward trend for the last three years. YOY growth negative for the last two quarters.
