The growth of the Colombo land prices are falling for last one and half years
The growth of the land price indexes that reflect the land prices within the Colombo district is falling sharply during the last 1 1/2 years. Residential and commercial land prices had grown over 16% in 2018, which has declined to just about 7% in the first half of 2020. The industry land prices had grown over 19% in the 2nd half of 2018, which has also fallen by 7% in 1H 2020.
