Sri Lanka residential Land prices rose in 3Q 2020
Sri Lanka residential Land prices have been growing by 10% during last four quarters but it have rose by 26% in 3Q 2020 compared with year ago. But the growth rate of land prices slow down within Colombo city area while it have accelerated in western Province (apart from Colombo city).
