The construction industry recovered towards 4Q 2020 after falling rest of the three quarters in 2020 as per the GDP. The real estate activities were fell only in 2Q 2020, but it grew all the other quarters. Both Construction & real estate activities account for 12% of the GDP. The credit boom and low cost credit have encouraged people to selected different asset classes during COVID19 era.
