Sri Lanka residential land prices are growing in 3Q 2021
Sri Lanka residential land prices surged by 30% in 3Q 2021 from year-earlier showing some recovery as people moved their money toward safe assets classes under a weak economic environment. The annual growth of residential land prices in Colombo city has been around 3% due to affordability concerns during the last two years, while western province (exclude Colombo city) growing around 14%.
