As per FT.com, Britons are expected to resume foreign holidays, with high-vaccination destinations. The key factor in determining the relative safety of holiday destinations is driven by vaccination rates, more than infection levels. Those countries with lower rates of vaccinations including European destinations such as France, Italy, and Spain could be subject to more rigorous testing regimes or remain off-limits for longer. Data compiled by Oxford university show that Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Chile, UK, Bhutan, Bahrain, the US, Maldives, and Malta currently have the highest rates of vaccinations.
