Average of forty five percent of the schools in Sri Lanka do not have computer facilities

On average 45% of the school in Sri Lanka do not have computer facilities. The lowest is from the western province (31%) and the highest unavailability found from North Western (53%). More than half of the Schools in North Western, East, and Uwa do not have computer facilities end of 2017. On average 16% of the Schools in the country do not have water facilities while in Uwa it is 26% and North Western 25%.
