Sri Lanka Treasury yield falls to new all-time low under 6 percent
With the massive excess liquidity, Sri Lanka Treasury bill rates fell to a new all-time lower level. 91 Days fell to 5.50%, 192 days to 5.53% and 364days fell to 5.66%. the yields have fallen by nearly 3% from a year earlier as of today. Sri Lanka short term yields ( Treasury bills) had fallen below 6% only in the last quarter of 2014 in the treasury history of Sri Lanka.
