Sri Lanka International Sovereign Bonds are under pressure once again as country downgraded by three major credit rating agencies. The value of the bonds fell dramatically after COVID hit the country's FX inflow. Investor confidence improved in October after country repaid USD 1,000Bn Bond maturity. Later Credit agencies downgrade the country rating to a historically lowest level, citing weak position to meet the external-debt obligations in coming years.
