CBSL allowed the primary auction T-bill rate to increase by 0.09% by elevating the Cap rate. As a result, 91Days and 364Days T-bill rates moved to 6.01% and 6.05% while 182Days bids were rejected. But the auction was subscribed only by 48% where the majority of the bids were accepted in 91Days bills. Inventors are not yet convinced to buy 364Days bills at the prevailing rate.
