Sri Lanka stock index ASPI fell by 0.65% and S&P SL 20 also fell by 0.91% along with only LKR 1.3Bn turnover far below the daily average volume of LKR 2Bn for this month. According to the Monetary policy review-IV, the low-interest regime to continue and lower taxing and expansions of government spending which is in favour of stock market.
