China's property crash continue ... recalling Lehman scenario
China Evergrande, once the country's second-largest real estate developer failed to make the Debt payment on time but managed to meet them within the 30-day grace period. The new-home sales in china dropped 32% last month opening up issues for heavily debated property companies. Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd and three of its units had their shares suspended from trading on Friday, a day after an affiliate missed a payment to onshore investors.
